If you upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, or if you are reinstalling Nitro Sense due to errors, you must perform a clean removal first. Old versions of Nitro Sense often cause crashes, missing UI elements, or fan control failures on Windows 11.
NitroSense versions are highly model-specific. To ensure compatibility, you must download the version linked to your specific SNID or Serial Number. Visit the official Acer Drivers and Manuals page.

Cause: A Windows 11 Feature Update (like 22H2 to 23H2) resets registry permissions. Fix: Do not re-download. Simply uninstall Nitro Sense via Settings > Apps, restart, and reinstall using the same installer you downloaded initially. Your downloaded ZIP file is still good.
