It’s still an Ample Sound product. That means the learning curve for the key-switches is steep. You must spend an hour with the manual to understand the velocity layers (0-30 for soft, 90-127 for aggressive picks). Also, the standalone player is fine, but the plugin can be CPU hungry if you use the "Full Modeling" mode.
