    • The Good: Cisco finally fixed the "Digital Signature" blocking in this version. On Windows 11, I no longer have to disable Secure Boot or restart into "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" mode. The 3.1 driver installed cleanly via "Have Disk" method in Device Manager.
    • The Bad: It is not plug-and-play. If you double-click the ZIP, nothing happens. You must manually extract the folder, go to Device Manager, find the unrecognized "USB Serial Port" (yellow bang), and manually point it to the extracted folder.
