Steps

1. Factory reset first (optional but recommended):
   Maintenance → Save/Reload → Restore to Factory Defaults
2. Log back in and go to:
   Maintenance → Software Upgrade
3. Browse to the .bin or .img firmware file.
4. Click Upgrade – do not refresh, close, or power off.
5. Wait for the automatic reboot (progress bar → 100% → reboot).
6. After reboot, wait 2 extra minutes before logging in.
