Breaking the Language Barrier: A Guide to Changing Language in Dodi Repacks

In the world of PC gaming, repacks have become a vital resource for players with limited bandwidth or data caps. Among the most respected names in this scene is Dodi Repacks, known for providing highly compressed, fully functional games. However, a common point of confusion for users—especially those who are not native English speakers or who wish to play in their mother tongue—is how to change the in-game language. While Dodi Repacks are typically configured to install in English by default, they almost always retain the original multilingual data. Changing this language requires a fundamental understanding of how repacks are structured, moving beyond the simple in-game options menu.

Many modern repacks use the Goldberg Steam Emulator. If you do not see an file, look for a folder instead. Look inside the game directory for a folder named steam_settings If there is a file named force_language.txt

Method 4: Workaround Using Registry Editor (For EA or Ubisoft Cracks)

Some Dodi Repacks of older EA games (like The Sims 4) or Ubisoft games (Assassin's Creed) store language in the Windows Registry.

Method 5: Changing Windows System Locale (Last Resort)

Some very old or poorly cracked games rely on your Windows display language. If you are seeing Chinese or Russian characters exclusively, your system locale might be overriding the game.
