Step 4: Post-Update Verification
- After reboot, log back into the router.
- Go to Status > Device Info.
- Verify that the "Firmware Version" matches the one you installed.
- Perform a hard reset: Press the recessed Reset button on the back of the router for 10 seconds while powered on. This clears residual old settings.
- Reconfigure your Wi-Fi and any port forwards manually (or restore from backup if the backup is compatible with the new firmware).

192.168.1.1). Navigate to Status > Device Info. The hardware revision is listed there.
