  1. Go to Settings > Apps > EOBD Facile.
  2. Tap Force Stop.
  3. Tap Storage & Cache.
  4. Tap Clear Cache (Do not clear data yet, unless Step 3 fails).
  5. Reopen the app and re-enter the serial code.
