Error 3: The software works but cannot communicate with the EZ panel

• Cause: Windows 10 update changed COM port handling.
• Fix: Go to Device Manager → Ports (COM & LPT) → Right-click the EZ USB adapter → Properties → Port Settings → Set to 9600 Baud, 8 Data, None Parity, 1 Stop.
