• Check for updates for your graphics drivers.
• Install the latest drivers and restart your system.

For AMD Users:

1. Navigate to your PES 2013 installation folder (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2013).
2. Right-click on settings.exe and run it as Administrator.
3. Look at the Resolution drop-down menu.
