- Calculate the average score for each pillar.
- Multiply the pillar average by its weight.
- Sum the weighted scores to get the Total Panchayat Work Index Score (out of 100).
4. Maintenance and Updating Protocol
- Frequency: The index must be updated monthly by the Panchayat Secretary after the Gram Sabha or Panchayat Executive Committee meeting.
- Public Access: A soft copy of the index shall be displayed on the Panchayat’s notice board and uploaded to the e-GramSwaraj portal or State Panchayat portal.
- Hard Copy Register: A bound register (Form-9 or equivalent) shall be maintained at the Panchayat office for inspection.
- Visit eGramSwaraj website and click on "Citizen Login" (no registration needed).
- Select your State → District → Block → Gram Panchayat.
- Click on the "Works" tab.
- You will see a table with columns: Work ID, Name of Work, Sanction Amount, Status.
- Filter options: You can search by Financial Year, Scheme (e.g., 15th FC), or Work Type.
