Overview

PictoChat is a Nintendo DS/DSi application that allowed local text and drawing messaging between up to 16 users over local wireless. "Pictochat 3DS CIA" commonly refers to community-created files in the CIA package format for the Nintendo 3DS that install a PictoChat-like app or a port of the original PictoChat to 3DS systems.

• Photo Sharing: Share photos taken with your 3DS console.
