• Microsoft .NET Framework: check product-specific requirement (commonly .NET 4.6 or later). Install the required .NET before running Bentley installers.

Step 2: Validate Disk Health

Run chkdsk /f /r and wmic diskdrive get status. Corrupt sectors in C:\ProgramData\Bentley lead to incomplete installation.

The hardware prerequisites for Bentley Desktop Applications v8.11.07.03 include a 64-bit operating system, such as Windows 10 or Windows Server 2019. The system should have a minimum of 8 GB RAM, although 16 GB or more is recommended for optimal performance. A 2.5 GHz or faster processor is required, and a graphics card with at least 2 GB of video memory is necessary for graphics-intensive applications. Additionally, a minimum of 10 GB of free disk space is required for installation.
