Q: My pirated copy says v2.618 but crashes at rifts. Why?
A: Because the emulator used for cracked versions does not properly emulate the ntdll calls for DirectStorage. The official v2.618 requires an active Steam/EGS license to unlock the GPU decompression API. Not back to the development build
