SketchUp 2017 License Key and Authorization Number: Everything You Need to Know

Trimble Inc. (the parent company of SketchUp) formally ended support for SketchUp 2017 on November 4, 2020. While the software continues to function for existing users, the infrastructure required to authorize new installations—specifically the "License Key" and "Authorization Number" system—has been fundamentally altered. Create an Account: If you don’t already have an account, you’ll need to create one to purchase a license. This involves providing some basic information.
Use the License Manager: If you know your Serial Number but lost the code, you can use the SketchUp License Manager to have your information re-sent to the email address used during purchase. (the parent company of SketchUp) formally ended support
Add License: Click on the Add Classic License button (usually located in the License tab). Enter Credentials:
