3.3 Configure the ArchestrA Network Account
InTouch uses a service called "ArchestrA Log Viewer" which requires a Windows user account. Demo Mode: You have a 2-hour runtime limit
- Click Install.
- This process can take 15–45 minutes depending on the machine speed.
- You may see multiple command prompts pop up (installing drivers and redistributables). Do not close these.
- Demo Mode: You have a 2-hour runtime limit after installation. Great for testing, useless for production.
- Hardware Key (Sentinel Dongle): Plug it in before starting WindowMaker. Install the Sentinel drivers from the installation disc.
- Software License (License File): Run the ArchestrA License Manager -> Add License -> browse to your
.lic file.
